1. Introduction

This child experienced a gunshot wound to the midface and mandible several years ago. After multiple reconstructive surgeries, he and his family requested a nasal prosthesis for restoration of his total nasal defect. A wax nasal prototype was created to estimate the proper size and shape for the final prosthesis.
