24. Marking the Patient

The surgeon applied the positioner to the patient and the device locked firmly into the correct position. Next the surgeon marked the location of the helix using the outer border of the helix and the helical port. The edge of the baseplate portion of the positioner was also marked. Finally, the surgeon planned the location of the anterior incision.
