14. Final Prototype

Sculptural refinements were made to complete the wax prototype. The prototype had a reliable and stable and fit to the patient's defect site. The sculptural detail precisely located the position of the antihelix- the position where the osseointegrated implants should be placed. The sculptural detail will also serve as a model for production of the final prosthesis.
