Description:
Full-thickness defect of nasal ala and reconstruction with meliolabial island flap. (A) Left alar defect. (B) Nasal mucosal bipedicled flap is delivered from above to create the internal lining. (C) A template is used to draw an appropriate size flap in the meliolabial fold. (D) Conchal cartilage is sutured into place. (E) Flap is sutured into place. (F) Flap inset at a second procedure.
